Domenica 4 novembre su Canale 5 dalle ore 11 Edoardo Raspelli torna a Melaverde
Per “Le Storie di Melaverde” rivedremo di nuovo Edoardo Raspelli in provincia di Trento, lungo i sentieri della Val di Fiemme, esattamente a Daiano, dove oltre 50 anni fa Tito Braito iniziò a lavorare le carni e a creare prodotti tipici della tradizione trentina. Nasceva così quello che oggi è definito il principe della montagna: lo speck.
Domenica scorsa 28 ottobre, una replica, “Le Storie di Melaverde”, ha toccato il record del 14.5% di share.
Questa settimana la nuova puntata, una prima visione di “Melaverde” si svolgerà nei dintorni di Bobbio, un’antica cittadina di origine Romanica posizionata nel centro della Val Trebbia, in provincia di Piacenza.
Un’intera puntata dedicata a Bobbio, terra di mezzo che nasconde moltissime sorprese. Edoardo Raspelli sarà lungo i pendii che da sempre venivano concessi dalla famiglia Malaspina ai bobbiesi per coltivare e allevare il bestiame. Oggi qualcosa è cambiato, ma non per l’azienda che conosceremo domenica mattina 4 novembre che alleva allo stato brado animali provenienti da molto lontano. Un progetto ideato da una famiglia che 30 anni fa ha preso in gestione un podere per creare un allevamento di nuova concezione che oggi dà nuovo valore alla montagna. Conosceremo poi la tradizione norcina di questa terra che vedeva ogni famiglia trasformare il maiale in prodotti stagionali che dovevano servire per conservare la carne tutto l’anno. Sulla tavola contadina durante l’anno non potevano mancare due cose, la polenta e le patate, ancora oggi coltivate in questa valle, selezionate e vendute come prodotti d’eccellenza.
